by National Trust for Historic Preservation on October 15th, 2009

We were totally right in yesterday’s blog – today has owned the Virtual Attendee team at the National Preservation Conference. We’ve brought you a whirlwind of live session feeds and webcasts, and now we’re all a little slap happy in the staff office. In fact, we’re group singing “I Would Do Anything For Love” by Meatloaf…just because.

Anyway, we’ll get through this; here’s your daily update.

Over at Nashville’s War Memorial Auditorium, our annual Preservation Awards are being announced as I type. Twenty-three individuals, projects, and organizations have been selected for their contributions to local, state, and national preservation initiatives. Check out profiles of the winners here on PreservationNation.org. And stay tuned for videos clips about the awardees… They’re coming soon to a website near you!

(Like we said — slap happy.)
